The Racingline Power Control Module (PCM) is an OEM+ tuning box developed exclusively for the latest 2.0 TSI EA888 Gen.4 engine fitted to a range of VW, Audi, Cupra and Skoda models from 2024 onwards. It delivers a meaningful step up in performance while retaining the smooth, reliable driving character the engine is known for.

Unlike a permanent ECU remap, the PCM is a plug-in device that works alongside your factory engine management. It intelligently adjusts key sensor signals to safely increase boost and fuelling, giving you more power and torque across the rev range without permanently altering the factory software.

The result is a sharper, more responsive car that still feels factory-smooth in everyday driving.

Home Installation

The PCM is straightforward to install if you have a basic level of mechanical knowledge. The unit sits above the battery on the supplied carbon fibre mount, and the wiring loom plugs directly into existing sensors at the top of the engine. No cutting, splicing or ECU flashing is required.

Register Your PCM Before Use

You must register the serial number of your PCM on the Racingline website before use. Registration activates the device’s warranty and your free upgrade entitlement. Failure to register may invalidate both.

Quoted figures are accurate, tested illustrations. Real-world results can vary slightly depending on engine condition, fuel quality, supporting modifications and testing methods.

Important Notes on Warranty and Legality

Any tuning modification can invalidate your manufacturer’s engine and powertrain warranty. If your dealer identifies the PCM fitted, they would be within their rights to reject a warranty claim on the engine or drivetrain. The PCM is fully removable and returns the car to true stock when taken off, leaving minimal trace on the ECU – however there is no guarantee that this product is warranty safe, and it is fitted at the customer’s own risk.

It is also your responsibility to notify your insurer of any modifications and to ensure your vehicle continues to comply with all local road laws.
