The Racingline Software and PDM Bundle is purpose built for the EA888.4 engine fitted with the Garrett turbo, as found in the Cupra Leon 245 (KL). It is a complete at-home tuning solution that unlocks meaningful gains in power and torque while preserving the smooth, reliable character of the standard car.

As an authorised Racingline retailer, we supply the genuine PDM (Personal Download Manager) tool along with full access to Racingline’s tested calibrations, allowing you to flash your ECU from the comfort of your driveway.

What the Bundle Includes

• PDM Tool: Your personal flashing device, linked to your vehicle and Racingline account.
• Stage 1 Software: Recalibrated engine mapping, boost control, fuelling and ignition timing for noticeably stronger performance.
• Free Upgrade Path: Once you own Racingline software, upgrading from Stage 1 to Stage 1+ and Stage 2 is included at no extra cost.

What You Will Need to Flash at Home

• A Windows 10 or 11 laptop with USB port and mains power supply
• A secure wired connection, or a very stable high-speed Wi-Fi connection
• A battery charger/support unit rated at 20A minimum (CTEK recommended)
• Access to mains electricity at the vehicle

Important Considerations

DSG Gearbox Owners: If your Cupra Leon is fitted with the DSG transmission, you should pair this with the ECU+TCU software bundle. The TCU (Transmission Control Unit) software is required to safely handle the increased torque of the high-output Stage 1 tune and ensures clean, predictable gear changes.

Fuel Grade: Peak performance figures are quoted on 99RON fuel. A 95RON calibration is available where 99RON is not accessible, although peak output will be slightly reduced. Do not run 95RON fuel in a vehicle flashed with the 99RON map.

Theft Protection Function

Your PDM tool doubles as a powerful security feature. With a few button presses you can flash an anti-theft map to your ECU, making it completely impossible to start the engine until you return and re-flash a stock or performance map. It is genuine peace of mind for high-risk parking situations or when leaving the car for extended periods.

Planning to Go Further?

This software forms the foundation of a full Stage 2 upgrade path. To progress beyond Stage 1, you will need supporting hardware, including:

• Racingline performance air intake and turbo inlet elbow
• Performance intercooler
• Performance downpipe
• TCU software (for DSG cars)
