The Racingline Software and PDM Bundle is a complete Stage 1 tuning package developed specifically for the Audi TT (8S) fitted with the EA888.3 2.0TFSI engine and IS20 turbocharger. As an authorised Racingline retailer, we supply this bundle with everything you need to safely remap your TT from the comfort of your own driveway, unlocking meaningful gains in power and torque without compromising the reliability of your engine.

Racingline’s calibration adjusts key engine parameters including boost pressure, ignition timing, fuelling and throttle response. The result is a noticeably sharper, more responsive drive with stronger pull through the mid-range and a more confident top end. Power and torque figures are realistic, dyno-validated and tuned with long-term reliability in mind.

What the PDM Bundle Includes

The PDM (Personal Device for Mapping) is a handheld flashing tool that connects your TT to Racingline’s secure tuning servers via your laptop. You can flash, revert to stock, or upgrade between maps yourself, as many times as you like, all from home.

What You Will Need to Flash at Home

• A Windows 10 or 11 laptop with a USB port and mains power supply
• A secure wired connection, or very stable high-speed Wi-Fi
• A battery support charger rated at 20A minimum (CTEK recommended)
• Mains electricity within reach of the vehicle

Important Considerations Before Tuning

Clutch (manual cars): The increase in torque can exceed the stock clutch’s capacity. We strongly recommend an uprated clutch is fitted before tuning a manual TT.

DSG gearbox: If your TT is fitted with the DSG (Direct Shift Gearbox), we recommend pairing this software with Racingline’s matching TCU (Transmission Control Unit) software. This ensures the gearbox can manage the extra torque cleanly, with sharper shifts and proper clamping pressure.

Fuel grade: Headline performance figures are based on 99RON fuel. A 95RON map is available where 99RON is not accessible, with slightly lower peak figures. Do not use 95RON fuel in a vehicle flashed with the 99RON map.

Free Upgrade Path to Stage 2

Once you have purchased Racingline Stage 1 software, the upgrade to Stage 2 is completely free. Stage 2 unlocks further gains but requires supporting hardware, typically:

• Racingline performance air intake and turbo inlet elbow
• Racingline performance intercooler
• Racingline performance downpipe
