Racingline Hubcentric Wheel Spacer Pair & Bolts – 5×112 (57.1mm CB)
The Racingline Hubcentric Wheel Spacer Kit is one of the simplest and most cost-effective upgrades you can make to your VW, Audi, SEAT or Skoda. By pushing the wheels outward from the hub, these spacers widen the car’s track (the distance between the left and right wheels), giving a more planted, flush-with-the-arches stance and improving handling stability through corners.
They’re also a practical fix when you need extra clearance for larger brake calipers, big brake kits, or aftermarket coilover suspension that can otherwise foul the inside of the wheel.
What the Spacers Do
- Wider track for a more aggressive look and improved cornering stability.
- Hubcentric design with a precision 57.1mm centre bore and centring spigot, ensuring vibration-free running with both OEM and aftermarket wheels.
- Clearance for big brake kits, coilovers and wider wheel and tyre setups.
Built for the Job
Each pair is CNC-machined from heat-treated 7075 T6 aerospace-grade aluminium. This is a noticeably stronger alloy than the cheaper 6061 material used in many generic spacers, making them better suited to the loads placed on a wheel mounting face. They’re finished in a hard-wearing black anodised coating to resist corrosion and road grime, and the rear face features cut-outs that make removal straightforward, even after years of use.
Every pair comes supplied with ten M14x1.5 grade 12.9 carbon steel replacement wheel bolts in a matching black finish, so you have everything required for a complete installation.
Choosing the Right Size and Bolt Type
The spacers are available in four widths to suit different stance and clearance goals:
- 12.5mm – subtle improvement in stance and clearance
- 15mm – a popular all-round choice
- 17.5mm – more aggressive fitment
- 20mm – maximum width for the most flush look
You’ll also need to choose between Tapered Seat and Ball Seat (Radius) bolts. Tapered seat bolts have a cone-shaped contact face and are used by most aftermarket wheels, while ball seat bolts have a rounded contact face and are typically required by factory OEM wheels on Audi and some VW models. Fitting the wrong seat type is dangerous, so if you’re unsure, check the seat shape of your existing wheel bolts before ordering.
