Racingline R600 Hi-Flow Turbo Inlet Elbow – EA888 Gen3
The Racingline Hi-Flow Turbo Inlet Elbow is the finishing piece for the R600 Intake System, designed to remove the final restriction in the intake path on EA888 Gen3 2.0 TSI engines. The factory plastic inlet elbow is one of the most restrictive parts of the standard intake, narrowing sharply just before the turbo. Replacing it allows the rest of your intake upgrades to actually do their job.
Air entering the standard system has to pass through a concertina-style plastic bellows pipe that tapers down into a tight plastic mouth at the turbo. That shape is fine for production cost and packaging, but it is poor for airflow. Once you fit a high-flow intake, this elbow becomes the main bottleneck holding everything back.
Engineered for Smoother, Faster Airflow
Racingline have CNC-machined this elbow from a single billet of T6-6061 aircraft-grade aluminium, with a gloss-anodised Midnight Black finish and laser-etched branding. The internal bore has been opened up from the factory 62.5mm to a full 76mm, giving the turbo a much larger and smoother path to draw air through.
Inside the elbow, an integrated velocity stack (a shaped funnel that helps air enter the turbo more efficiently) helps maintain airflow speed right up to the compressor wheel. In practice, this means sharper throttle response, improved boost build-up, and less turbo lag when you get on the accelerator.

Why It Matters
If you have already fitted, or are planning to fit, the Racingline R600 Intake System, this elbow is the part that lets the full system breathe properly. Without it, the standard plastic inlet will continue to choke the turbo, limiting the gains from your other intake upgrades. Think of it as the final link in the chain between the air filter and the turbo.

Important Note for 1.8 TFSI and Audi S1 Owners
If you are fitting this elbow to a SEAT Ibiza 1.8 TFSI, Polo 1.8 TFSI or Audi S1 2.0 TFSI, you will also need an additional PCV breather pipe to complete the installation. The required part number is 06K 103 213A. This is essential for correct fitment on these models.
