The Racingline Power Control Module (PCM) is a plug-in tuning box developed specifically for the 2.5 TFSI engine fitted to the Audi RSQ3 and RSQ3 Sportback (F3) with OPF (petrol particulate filter). It delivers a meaningful jump in power and torque while retaining the smooth, factory-like drivability that Racingline is known for.

Unlike generic tuning boxes, the PCM has been developed and tested exclusively for this engine. Racingline’s approach focuses on reliability and longevity alongside the performance gains, so the extra power is delivered cleanly through the rev range without harshness or unwanted side effects.

How the PCM Works

The PCM unit sits neatly above the battery using the supplied carbon fibre mount and hardware. Its wiring loom plugs into existing sensors at the top of the engine, intelligently adjusting signals to unlock additional performance from the 2.5 TFSI. There is no permanent change to the factory ECU (the car’s engine control unit), and the device can be fully removed to return the car to stock.

Home Installation

Installation is straightforward for anyone with a basic level of mechanical knowledge. All required mounting hardware is included, and connections are made to existing sensors without any cutting or splicing of wiring.

Register Your PCM Before Use

Before using your new PCM, you must register the serial number of your device with Racingline. Registration activates the device’s warranty and the free upgrade path. Failure to register may invalidate these benefits.

Warranty and Insurance

Any tuning modification can invalidate your manufacturer’s engine and powertrain warranty. If your dealer identifies a PCM fitted, they may reject a warranty claim on the engine or drivetrain. The PCM is fully removable and leaves minimal trace, but there is no guarantee that the product is warranty safe and it is fitted at the customer’s own risk.

It is also your responsibility to notify your insurer of the modification and to ensure your vehicle continues to comply with local road laws.
