Whether you’re shaving weight from a track-focused build or simply prefer the clean, uncluttered look of a rear screen without a wiper, the Racingline Rear Wiper Delete Kit is a smart, well-engineered solution. Designed to sit fully flush with the glass, it’s near-invisible once fitted and gives the back of your car a tidy, factory-finished appearance.

Built to a Higher Standard

Unlike cheaper alternatives that sit proud of the glass or rely on flimsy plastic, the Racingline delete plug is CNC-machined from Type-6061 billet aluminium as a single piece. The Racingline logo is delicately machined into the face, then the surface is hand-polished before being anodised in gloss midnight black. The result is a long-lasting finish that blends almost seamlessly with the rear screen.

What’s Included

• CNC-machined billet aluminium wiper delete plug
• RTV silicone sealant for a strong, waterproof seal

Fitment is straightforward and can be carried out at home. The plug is bonded from the inside of the window using the supplied RTV silicone, giving a secure and weatherproof finish without the need for specialist tools.

Fitment

This kit suits any vehicle with a 26.5mm rear wiper hole opening, which covers just about every modern Volkswagen Group car fitted with a rear wiper from the factory – including popular Golf, Polo, Up!, Ibiza, Leon, Fabia and Audi A1 models, among others.

Important: Fitting this delete kit involves the permanent removal of your rear wiper assembly. Make sure you are happy to commit to the modification before installation, as reversing the process will require refitting the original wiper components.
