The Racingline Silicone Turbo Outlet Hose is a direct replacement for the factory rubber turbo outlet pipe on Continental-turbo 300-320PS EA888.4 engines. It is designed as the perfect partner to the main 3-piece Racingline Boost Hose Kit, sold separately so you can complete the full set when you are ready.

The standard turbo outlet hose is made from flexible rubber. Under high boost and heat, it can expand and flex, which causes pressure loss, a “spongy” throttle feel and reduced turbo efficiency. On tuned cars running higher boost, this becomes even more noticeable.

Built for High Boost and High Heat

Racingline replace the soft factory hose with a smooth silicone alternative that is internally wire-reinforced to keep its shape under pressure. By holding its form, the hose prevents collapse and reduces turbulence inside the pipework, giving the turbo a cleaner, more efficient path to push air through.

The hose is pressure-tested well beyond the turbo’s output. Its multi-ply silicone outer is hand-wound for strong burst and heat resistance, while the fluorosilicone inner layer resists oil and fuel contamination for long-term durability.

Fitment

This hose is designed specifically for Continental-turbo 300-320PS EA888.4 engines, fitted to models such as the Volkswagen Golf 8 R, Golf 8 GTI Clubsport, Audi S3 8Y and Cupra Formentor VZ5/equivalent variants.
