It’s one of the simplest, most cost-effective upgrades you can make, delivering a real improvement in how the car looks and drives without the expense or complexity of a full coilover setup.

From the factory, the T-Roc ‘R’ carries the usual SUV-style wheelarch gap and a slightly tall, floaty feel through corners. These springs lower the car by approximately 25mm, dropping the centre of gravity and tucking the wheels neatly into the arches. The result is a more planted look and a more connected drive.

Better Handling, Without Ruining the Ride

Racingline have designed these springs to strike a sensible balance between sporting feel and everyday comfort. The key is the progressive-rate construction: the middle section of the spring travel is close to standard rates, so normal driving remains comfortable, while the springs stiffen further into their travel to control body movement under harder cornering and braking.

These springs have been engineered to work in harmony with the factory dampers, including cars fitted with VW’s DCC (Dynamic Chassis Control) adaptive dampers – the switchable system that adjusts damping firmness between Comfort, Normal and Sport modes. No other suspension changes are needed, and DCC functionality is fully retained.
