A proper engineering fix for a well-known weakness on the 2.5 TFSI EA855 EVO engine. The factory dipstick uses a plastic handle that becomes brittle over time, thanks to the constant heat cycles in the engine bay. Eventually it snaps off, often at the worst possible moment, leaving the remainder of the dipstick stuck in the tube and turning a simple oil check into a costly headache.

The Racingline Billet Dipstick replaces the original plastic part with a far stronger, beautifully made alternative that you can rely on for the life of the car.

Built to Last

The handle is CNC-machined from a single billet of aluminium, then hand-polished and gloss-anodised in Midnight Black for a clean, durable finish. Racingline have die-cast their own measurement block and tube-guide, which are formed directly onto the dipstick shaft for a secure and accurate fit. A Viton rubber O-ring is included to ensure a proper seal and prevent any chance of oil leakage.

The result is a part that not only looks the part in the engine bay, but is also significantly stronger than the factory item. It is sensible preventative maintenance: fit it before the original lets go, rather than after.
