How these springs improve your Tiguan

The springs use a progressive-rate coil. In simple terms, the first part of the spring travel is soft and similar to the standard set-up, keeping the ride comfortable for everyday driving. As you push harder, under braking, cornering or over bumps, the spring rate increases to better control body movement.

The result is sharper handling, less pitch and roll, and a more planted feel through corners, all while keeping the cabin civilised on longer journeys. The lower ride height also tidies up the Tiguan’s looks by reducing the gap between the tyre and wheel arch.

DCC compatibility

Installation notes

Actual drop figures can vary slightly depending on engine, trim level, fitted options and the condition of the existing suspension. The springs may also settle a small amount during the first few hundred miles of driving.
