The Racingline R600 Intake Package is purpose-built for the latest MQB EVO SUV models running the EA888 Generation 4 engine with the Garrett turbocharger, producing between 245 and 265PS. It replaces the restrictive factory airbox with a high-flow cold air intake, helping your engine draw in more cool air for stronger, more consistent performance.

Hand-made in the UK, the R600 system has been developed using CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics, a method of simulating airflow) to ensure smooth, efficient air delivery into the turbo. The result is a noticeable improvement in throttle response, a sportier induction sound and gains in power and torque, particularly across the mid-range.

How It Works

The system uses twin CFD-optimised front intakes that feed cool air directly from the front of the vehicle into a large-volume airbox. This larger airbox houses a high-performance filter and smooths airflow before it reaches the turbo. By reducing restriction and keeping intake air temperatures down, the engine can work more efficiently, especially under load.

Filter Options

You can choose the filter that best suits how you use your car:

• Trifoam® Filter: Delivers the highest airflow and the most consistent power output. It does require regular cleaning and re-oiling to perform at its best.
• Pleated Cotton Filter: A durable, low-maintenance option that performs reliably over time. Airflow is slightly lower than the Trifoam in dusty conditions, but it is a sensible choice for everyday driving.
